Goat meat is hard to cook if you don't know what you're doing. It can be tough as hell. Lol

Breed the right ones you can get no less than $400 for each. Catch the USDA the right way and they will assist the sales. Also, the influx of Indian cuisine is giving goat meat a strong market right now.
