Floyd Mayweather Can't Read.

Did Mayweather employ the black women to strip you're talking about? Does Mayweather own the strip clubs you saw on social media? Does he own the land, that is probably being leased, that the strip club sits on? I'm curious, do you think some other black man or men is responsible for all those things too? I'm curious, did it ever cross your mind that what you are claiming white men did "back in the day" they continue to do until this very day? Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to make a point with you, but I am trying to get you to think for a minute. The same mind set that blames a black man for everything is the same mind set that attaches everything negative to a black man, including being illiterate. I'm curious, what do you think are the origins of that type of mind set?

Mayweather is part of the blame. Women dance at clubs for one reason: men are willing to pay them to do it. He doesn't have to own the club or the land. The 100k in one night he's spending pays for all of it though. If no man was willing to pay, the club would shut down.

I've said it before but I work with troubled youth sometimes and strips clubs are one of the things messing up our black girls. You think MLK would have been idolized or taken seriously if he was paying black girls to stay in strip clubs? We have some messed up people who are role models for one reason only, they got money.

The origins of this mindset is spiritual. Not white or black necessarily. But spiritual/sin which is not addressed by most. Why do you think someone can make a rap song & video that degrades black women and portrays them "THOTS" sex objects, etc and then they get on stage & thank GOD for their award? That's a spiritual problem that's a spiritual problem & mindset that predates the white mans racism.

None of this says that a woman who strips is not a good person or a bad mother. Heck, many women who aren't strippers have rowdy, undisciplined children just as well and a lot of them are right there in the church every Sunday.

The biblical god never chastised Abraham for having another mate while married.
The same bible gave fathers the right to sell their daughters to their rapist for money and force her to marry her rapist for life. (Deut. 22:29. "Then the man who lay with her shall give to the girl's father fifty shekels of silver, and she shall become his wife because he has violated her; he cannot divorce her all his days.)

Now that's far worse than men going to strip clubs don't you think.

Okay, what I'm talking about is going over your head. I'll chalk it up to your youth, and really it doesn't matter at this point to me because your heart is in the right place. Your work with the youth is commendable and I encourage you to keep it up. Keep God in your life and pray without ceasing for others. Also, at the same time, don't fail to forgive because God The Son forgave you.

Thanks. I also challenge you to work with youth a couple times per month if possible. Listen to the young females and watch their thinking. The first time a 15yr old with a baby tells you they're about to start stripping because of the guys paying so much it'll be impossible for you to show them love and support (justify) what these men in the clubs are doing. Of course the girl has blame too. She could do a legitimate job and do better but instead our 40yr old men will pay her to strip.

This is just a message board discussion but I challenge all of us to work with these young black girls, then complete your opinions.

That girl is not thinking about stripping because of Mayweather or other celebs. That girl just wants quick money. She likely will never see it and I guarantee she has a relative stripping someplace influencing her.

How many girls or their relatives would strip if no men/women paid to see them? No men spending money = no girls dancing = no money for club = no more strip club. In other words, the girls dancing are the main source of income for the club. I know it's accepted for guys to go to the strip clubs but it's still a problem.

So girl won't be thinking about stripping if she made $0 from Mayweather, celebs, other men... She only get's on stage for their money.

I feel you but that will never happen as long as there are men and women on earth.
 
It amazes me how some folks distort the truth in the bible. This is one reason why the young generation is turning away from the bible. Folks find excuses for the Passa, but everyone else can get blamed. Its called nikkerism.

Lol sort of. He'll fund the club (bad), then go host a charity event (good). Like Niño Brown selling drugs to kids on the streets, then passing out turkeys to homeless on same street.

Jag4life I know it'll always be that in the world, but there will always be accountability too.

CEE nobody making excuses for pastors. God holds them accountable just like FM, you, me, etc.
