Besides some disgruntled postal workers, those other people don't act that way. Here in the U.S. there are even penalties for cussing out/customers, let alone your boss.

Whether a sole proprietorship or a cooperation , the leadership must conduct themselves properly.

I will say this, Ed Reed is in a leadership position in an organization which has a chain of command which has a grievance process. He did not follow it.

If only this were true.

There is video of Mike Leach cussing his players up and down a few weeks before he died. A couple of months ago.

You know good and well coaches are cussing Black boys and girls every day.
 



I've talked to College head coaches about their frustrations with not being able to coach the way they were coached. Parents go to the Presidents now.

We don't condone that disrespectful behavior though, SUJF.

Protocol says follow the chain of command to identify & implement positive change. If nothing (positive behaviors/expected outcomes) changes, pink slip it/themnor dismiss it/them/self. 👀

Keep the dignity of respect for person and chain of command.

According to a New York Times op-ed published 4/20/2021 written by Sangers' biographer Ellen Chesler. Adam Clayton Powell, Mary McCloud Bethune, Martin Luther King and W.E.B. Dubois also supported her. Before I believe they all were't shit I would like very much to know their reasons.

You're right in one way. I've never even said a cuss word in front of my father. Much less cussed him out. I also never heard my father say a cuss word. Ever. My father had very high standards.

But, that's beside the point. The point is - it happens - and it's effective. In athletics, business, the military, and so forth. Some people perform better after being chewed out. There is an audio clip of Kirby Smart's national championship pregame speech floating around the internet. Laced with cuss words. We all know what they did to TCU. Georgia performed at a high level that night. Can we say cussing caused the blowout? Of course not. Yet, you and I both know that some people straighten up when they've been addressed with a few choice words.

Ironically my father was my employer as well, and we had plenty of disagreements. But I never cussed my old man out, no matter how wrong I thought he was at times. Did you, when you disagreed with yours? When you disagree with the people you do business with today do you cuss them out?

If you have any employees and one of them took to social media to talk about the way you ran your company whilst calling you a motherf_ _ ker on top of it, I doubt you'd be so understanding.

Something isn't right with your story my friend, or your old man did a pretty poor job of teaching you how to conduct yourself like a man. But you said he had high standards and never swore. So you're the spoiled brat who had it all handed to you and acted like it. I'm sure your story will change now though.

So yeah, you're either a liar or a hypocrite. My money is on both.

I was done with this thread, but every time I get out ....

Dude, please. Stop acting like you know something about me through some internet posts.

If you know anything about the construction industry, then you would know we cuss like sailors out here. I have thrown people off my job sites with more than a few choice words. Several times. Men don't flinch at cuss words out here. Matter of fact, on most sites. there is cussing every single day. Cussing in Spanish even. 😂

It's quite a different world than what you soft and sensitive souls live in apparently.

My father didn't curse because he was a preacher. A pastor. Because of religion. I'm not quite as devoutly religious as he was. I didn't curse around my father because I respected him. Most people didn't curse around my father because they respected him. That's all.

And, for the record, people have called me a mother__cker more than a few times.

It's a badge of honor to me.

Now, with that additional information, do you think you've figured me out?

(I want to call you a dumb ass right here, but I don't want Kenn threatening to ban me for "name calling". So, I'm going to let you slide.)
