We both know Saints wasn't the best back then, but going to see them play the 49ers, Rams, 86 Patriots, falcons, Cowboys...etc. Not to count the fact I must be lucky, because most of the games I did attend the Saints did win.. most of those games were during the dome patrol years.. If your father would have taken you to those games like my father did, you too would be proud of that...

My hometown is about an hour away so I used to catch atleast 2 saints games a year. As a big Jerry Rice fan, I wore his jersey to the saints vs niners games during his last year in sf.. I never seen so much hostility in my life. It must be a LA thing......:smh::smh::smh:

I went to 3 NFL games before I left high school. Of course, I didn't live in an NFL city.

The SCG was played December 15, 2007. To win the SWAC a school has to win the SCG. On 12/15/07, JSU skull drugged Grambling 42-31. I don't recall seeing PV play that day. JSU is your 2007 SWAC champ. Deal with it.

JSU lead most of the 2nd half. You managed to tie the game, and then as JSU was driving for yet another TD, J.O. fugged up and gift wrapped that TD with the fumble that y'all returned for the TD with a few minutes left. But see, it's moments like that when the true measure of a team's character is shown. It's moments like that when heart shows. See, great teams aren't always great. They're just great, when they have to be. That's why J.O. dusted himself off and proceeded to go right back down the field like it was nothing, to send the game into OT. That's why the Darkside Defense had y'all offense going the wrong way on your OT possession. That's why J.O. got us in the endzone in 2 plays. You never had a chance, even when it looked like you just might.

The SCG was created for JSU to get there. The other schools in this conference dont have the fan support to support the SCG. All you need to do is look at what happened attendance wise last year. Thats all you need to know. JSU saved the SWAC

Dude, I will have to watch the tape AGAIN to see what you are talking about but the bottom line is that after you pulled away from us in the 1st quarter, we took control the rest of the game. You took advantage of Jimmy's fumble to get back in it. Then OT played out just like the last 3 quarters.

imo, the scg was made to produce money and exposure. however, some of our schools are not "marketable" for various reasons. until each school can carry their own, the scg will look like its made for certain schools.

Didn't they change the home team last year...because they knew Grambling wouldn't have the showing for the TV game....lol...sooo basically, ESPN told the SWAC that if JSU weren't the home team...they wasn't gonna broadcast the game....in turn...they already knew the showing of JSU prior to us even taking over DEC 15....lol

Poor Gram....weren't you all suppose to be the home team for the SCG last year....say it aint soo??? lol What happened???

Dude, the remnants of b*ll's hand was still on the team when Comegy took over and Comegy was just getting his style of play ingrained in the team, nevertheless AAMU STILL struggled to win that game.

Within TWO short years, that style and his type of players have been ingrained. THAT'S why you're doomed to not win against JSU for the forseeable future. Year two PROVED this. It's just that simple.
