You have to be careful, because the abs are like any other muscle, you don't need to do them everyday, because you can overtrain. I would say do abs 2-3(at the most times a week)
 

2-3 times? that shat must be for females... :lol: I do 1500 M,W,F and 1000 Tues and Thurs. And My shat is....well.....you saw em
