Had Pete gone 3-7 in 2005, ya'll would have kept him. He didn't get fired based on his record. He got fired because he retired and had not won a championship in 6 or 7 years. We don't keep coaches around who go more than 4 yrs without championships.

Orlando was so scared he came back to SU to coach yet again. Yall can believe that BS if you like. Jacoby was a punk period. Some of our white kickers done miss game winning FGs and didn't quit. Jacoby couldn't handle it. Simple as that. I doubt he got threatened that much seeing that He was undefeated against JSU and Gram....and won the SWAC in 97. Just call a spade a spade. Dude was soft mentally.
 
Thats an interesting article. It goes to show the difference between whites and blacks. All the shti black folks have gone thru with actual realistic threats to their families and themselves throughout the years, this cat couldnt hack being threatened by a few over zealous SU fans in the 90s. Just imagine what blacks went thru in teh 60s.

In the book "Black Like Me" the main character was black for 2 damn days in the south and couldnt take it anymore. He immediately ran to his white friends house for sanctuary. Po Marcus, Po him.

The most interesting part of the article for me was the part about the LSU teacher separating the SU students during a test. Everybody knows that SU folks have low moral cheating character

I sat in engineering classes with LSU students at SU and we had to seperate ourselves from those dumbasses.. AND we had to demand our professor to seperate most of them frmo the ONE "smart white kid".....

Who ever wrote this dumb as story basically told it in reverse.....smh

I think they did that because since most of the SU peeps had last names like Richard, Peachaud, etc when they copied off each other at least they would spell the names right when they cheated.

Was Jacoby being soft when he said he thought the people in the stand was shooting at him. I must be a lil punk cause GR was ducking that day too. Jacoby didnt know that black folks in college would be as ghetto as SU folks are. Im sure he thought yall would be more civilized, but he was wrong.

He didnt know that folks at a COLLEGE would be so immature, nasty, reprobate, lost, and undignified. He should have been tougher to overcome SUs sillyness. SU folks bark is much worse than their bite. GR use to think they were mean, but the last time GR was on SUs campus, he went around kicking over grills and the folks didnt do nothing but pick them up and wash that dirty ass meat off.

Your creditability just flew out the window with this quote, I myself and friends were threaten at Southern by an old lady, and we were just cheering for our team (who just happen to be winning at the time in a come back) so I know good and damn well You people threaten that White Boy!
