Ummm.....I hope he don't whoop us either.

Congrats Southern; hope this works out. SU has been prospering and doing well despite Jindal's cuts and attempted hardship on the school; hopefully this will be another positive/progressive thing for the Jags.
 
Is is time for an annual six figure salary check in. Pops is a six figure jigga now. I make about $8,000.00

Well I'm sure every coach wants to do this. Being able to actually do it is something else entirely.

Yeah that and a dollar will buy him some skittles. And looking at his bio, I imagine his staff will be the typical HBCU staff everyone else has.
 
Wait, yall got him from A&T, who got him from Bethune(before Jenkins) who got him from Clark-Atlanta? How long has it been since Odums coached on a team with a winning record? This is really bad SU....

Shine Wyatt won at BCU. LOL. He was on his staff. Hell Shine sent players to the NFL during that time. A&T time frame I don't know. Now he was an assistant at Ga Southern when they won the FCS/1-AA title in the 2000s.

According to his bio, he was at BCC from 2005 to 2007. They had 1 winning season in 2005. Wyatt was let go for a reason. He was at A&T during the Lee Fobbs/Alonzo Lee disaster era. And then he landed under Stump. You know how that turned out He's coached on 1 winning team in the last decade. This isn't good JR. Yall *ucked up big time. Your boy hired a career loser.

Shine stepped on some toes at BCU and his act wore out. Shine record there is 85-48. They had not won isht until Shine came along. As a matter of fact he is their all time leading coach in wins. LOL. He was just stubborn and the flashy wardrobe finally wore thin and he was not winning big like he did. Had he gotten rid of that Wyatt bone he would have been fine. His defenses were always pretty tough. I always liked Shine. He couldn't beat Pete. But Shine ball clubs were never just sad as hell even in their down years. Jenkins didn't walk into no talent at BCU. Shine kept talent.

We have heard it before on yall done f'ed up. Whatever. If they have. Then Odums will be gone sooner than Stump was. You can bet on that. I think you guys got way more to worry about than us right now. We at least aint going to be overpaying for a coach that is on the downside of his career instead of the upside. Stump only got Odums because the DC before him quit. Ain't like Stump was some big buddy of Odums. Actually the old DC was the one who knew Odums.

Your basketball program sucks right now too. I would really be quiet if I was you guys talking about how SU done f'ed up. Just beat Big Worm in September if yall so mighty. Right now Comegy is almost the equivalent to Andy Reid. Not living up to the lofty expectations of a championship level team. You and I know he gone piss you off when he trots CMo out there as QB again next season after you just ripped him up for his performance at the SCG.

Sweep around your own doors Beans. It ain't that rosey over there on Lynch Street. Ain't nobody jumping up for joy either. Most were hoping yall axed Fat Rick.

I get it. Comegy is overpaid, underachieves, etc. That has nothing to do with yall messing us this hire. Odums is a career loser. From Clark Atlanta in the early 00's to now, he only coached on losing teams. He won 2 games as Clark's interim head coach in 2004. he had a losing record for yall this past year. What was it about him going 4-5 appealed to Broussard? Just because he was cheap and available on your time schedule doesn't make him a good hire. This is bad SU.......................
