Yeah.....we're out here and we don't wear ear rings, ear studs or any other adornments in our ear (it does not matter whether it is 10 carat diamond thing or not......WE DON"T WEAR EAR RINGS.......we keep our selves clean and neat in appearance......WE DON"T CARRY MAN-purses..........we keep our hand and fingernails clean and trimed (with our own fingernail clippers) WE DON'T GET MANICURES, peddicures, facial cures, eyebrow cures, foot cures or any of that other women stuff.
We don't pull, pluck or tweezer nothing on or about our bodies. We DON"T HAVE MAN-CRUSHES BUT we DO LOVE OUR SPOUSES, OUR CHILDREN, OUR PARENTS/GRAND PARENTS and most(if not ALL) of our family members.
We'll pick you up for Church/Bible Study or we'll take you grocery shopping or to pick up your medicines or take you to the doctor. We'll give councel when asked but we don't intrude in anybodies business especially when it does not affect us or our families.

Another thing... Women don't want a man that is prettier than she is.
that's what I'm finding out.
i dun told y'all metrosexual just means one ball on either side of the fence! Eyebrow arching, pedicure, manicures and makeup?---->SISSYPUNK!!!! No pootitang for you....EVER. :smh:
Shat, like I said before, just give me that crusty footed, ashy assed, bushy eyebrowed nucca. :swink: i can work with him.
After years of corns and calluses, I am proud of my soft hands and I do get a manicure a couple times a year.It ain't nothing wrong with getting a manicure and a pedicure. You act like a man ain't allowed to take a bath.
Masculinity has been down played and made into something bad.
This is the media's fault. Ironically the media has execs and decision makers that are homosexual. There are writers that are homosexual, producers that are homosexual, that's the TV and motion picture industry. Homosexuals control the most powerful industry in the world and that's the FASHION INDUSTRY. Their ideas of masculinity are the antithesis of what masculinity is about. Most of the ideas about men going to the beauty salon and getting pedicures and manicures came from the gay controlled fashion industry.interpretations are something else... :smh:

Also have you notice that on some tv shows and movies a man that is smart, intelligent and articulate has a soft manner about him. But the men who have a hard, strong or steel like deameanor about them are portrayed as brutes?
I remember a photo of Carl Lewis where he had red stilettos on. 3 years ago 50Cents was on the cover of GQ. A lady co-worker of mine saw the cover and said "that's sad they have 50 looking gay". LOL.
Women in America are taking notice.
You can find so many articles on women websites about the assassination of masculinty in America. Even Oprah magazine "O" featured an article about it (April 2006"In Praise Of Manly Men.)
Also it's a Black pastor in North Carolina that was on Michael Baisden Show earlier this year talking about the assault on masculinity. He said he see a lot of muscians in Black churches that have feminine mannerisms. lol

We are not all dead. There's a few of us out here.
I'm glad you understood what I was saying, and didn't take me literally.Amen brother. Warndalyn knows we are out here. We're just harder to find or in my case, already attached.

Man I sometimes have to tell my son not to be so rough with other peoples' boys because I make sure he is a normal 'rough and tumble' boy, but other folks try to baby their sons to the point that it is sickening.
A lil boy on his bball team was taking jazz dance classes at the ymca "to help with his coordination" according to his mom. :smh:
They have key, executive-type positions in the metro area that pay heavy loot, and they invest their money.
