Why are they allowed to have spring practice if they couldn’t play real games this spring?

SWAC leadership needs to step up and tell them they need to wait till the summer since they didn’t participate this spring.

Because they are not breaking any NCAA rules on spring practice. They are still able to do what schools that are not playing in the spring do.

Over the past two weeks, the Southwestern Athletic Conference was formally notified of Alcorn State University’s intent to opt-out of the spring 2021 football season slated to start on February 21.
