Don't worry about TexasError, he hasn't physically attended a Samantha game in over 3 years.
That's incorrect. The wife and I were at a game in 2006, that game taking place in Hammond, La. Were you there with me? I also attended each home game in 2005 plus the road game at Houston. Oh wait, that was not over three years ago.
2007 was the first year that I missed a Bearkat game since I began my undergrad. I could have gone to Hammond in '07, but there was an event that I had to attend that may have been the only thing that outweighed a visit to a Bearkat game. Brought a lot of closure to my pre-Katrina post and really opened up the new chapter on where I am now.
So, what's that? Does that mean, I've seen a Bearkat game in person more recently than Texas Southern won a game? Come on C-Leb, you apparently know tons about me...you are obviously slipping a bit! I'm upset -- especially if you are so interested in being the ghost writer on my autobiography.
He's always busy with work and traveling to the far reaches of the Earth.
You always state you know this and that about my professional career. I'll give you credit, your finally correct. My line of works does involve travel. I've left the non-profit world and doing a lot of great things. Like at my previous job, I do a pretty good job of maintaining a web site.
You think 1,500 is a lot of fans  . You think PV would move a game for 1,500 fans. Stop trying to get out of playing PV @ Blackshear.
I never was opposed to it. I was just curious how things work and no, I never said 1,500 is a lot of fans. SHSU needs to work on being a team that travels. Unfortunately, we just do not do that and it will take time to build that up, just like it's taken time to really put $$$ and effort into building up the game experience. Until three years ago, SHSU did not have someone devoted to game experience.
