Actually you do match up well with them...I just dont think you have the QB to do it. Your QB cant stand pressure
and BamaState will put a lot of pressure on Dray from the defensive line and they blitz a lot. Your linemen wont be
able to block them and they definitely wont be able to handle ASUs blitz. But if Dray can get the ball out of his hands
quickly to the outside players, you could make this a game. I just think Dray is going to make too many mistakes for
SU to pull this game off.

Well it sounds like the Alabama kid will get more time with different plays lining up at QB according to Big Worm. Dray will be fine. He ain't making that many mistakes. He still can deliver the football. Just got to make sure Doss keeps his head in the game. The young big WR Menard is starting to come into his own each week. We will see. One thing for sure. We will not lose by missing kicks this year. LOL.
 
Dray won't have a big game until BC. He will get his groove back against CAU but y'all aint got enough to hang with ASU right now. I know you not going to admit it but then again I don't expect you to submit when it comes to SU. I've been around long enough to see that now lol

Dude...havent you been saying this all year? When are you going to come to the conclusion that he just aint that good and your offense just aint that good? Quit waiting on him to show up and show out. He just aint that guy and you offense just aint that offense.

And Interceptions too... :read:

He's only leading in TDs and yards because Lovelocke has been out for the past 6 quarters of action. Thats 1.5 games. Once they update Lovelocke's number of games played Dray won't even lead in passing avg/game.

He is not leading in interceptions. Anderson is at UAPB. I think he has 12 of them if I am not mistaken. Plus Dray threw most of his in the AAMU game.

Lovelocke should be leading the conference as much as Orlando throws the ball. LOL. It shouldn't have even been close.

PV as a team has thrown the ball damn near 100 more times than SU but only has 3 more passing TD than us and avg less yards per attempt.

That's because you throw short passes. Most of Dray's interceptions have been down the field or tipped balls. Don't think we don't know Orlando's scheme. We dealt with it for 15 years. LOL. Well at least 10 of the 15. He was more balanced when he first got to SU. He ain't been balanced since 99.

Okay so Dray has how many TDs to INTs? His pass efficiency is still at the top of the conference. Only Smiley is better because he has less attempts. You guys are trying to trash Dray when all the SWAC coaches still know dude can ball. He has had a few more INTs this year sure. But not like he is throwing 3 picks a game. He is still putting up good numbers. Just not like folks thought he would this season and he still is at the top of the SWAC even passing the ball 100 times less than PV. That should tell you how Orlando is always going to have your defense in the isht can because he won't try to run the rock with any consistency. You will see what SU folks saw with him and Pete the last several years they were there. BLee left as the all time leader in passing yards at Southern but never sniffed the SCG.
 
Yall kill me comparing yourselves to another school to validate yourselves lol. Both schools have a nice qb but one team does not act like their qb is better than every other qb in the swac. I would take smiley o er dray, just my opinion but whatever.

Smiley does not start at PV. LOL. We all know Dray is not athletic. Most of yall have Qbs that can run. But that's okay. Dray has done a good job at Qb for SU and we appreciate it. He throws a nice ball. If he was as athletic as Smiley or Cameron Moore. He would be lethal. Nobody is trying to validate anything. We are having a QB debate.

This is the FIRST year y'all haven't tried to replace him with some little lightskindeded Cleb looking dude. Y'all never really liked that guy and we can see why. He is wild inconsistent and folds under pressure. Think about this year ....in the Alcorn game he threw a big int that wasn't even close. SU quit after that. In the PerryView game he TRIED to give the game away twice in overtime on back to back plays. Y'all just got lucky....he just got lucky

Forget the stats, the eye test says DrayJoseph might be the 5th best qb in the SWAC. Quit bragging on a qb that has averaged 4 wins a year over his career. He ain't great no matter what y'all say

Nobody said he was great GR. But he ain't bad as folks are trying to make him be. Ain't his fault his defense puts him in bad shape either. Just saying. He has had some bad turnovers at critical times this year. So that is why folks have been hard on him being a SR at that. SU didn't quit in the Alcorn game. I don't think they knew the rules because even some Alcorn players had stopped. Thank goodness Willie Quinn knew what was happening. Even the fan next me from JSU thought the ball went over on the interception and you couldn't advance it. Moot point now because the game was over at that point. Our defense was not going to stop them. You know that.
