No love; I've been here, right here, taking all the smack. It's you who's the "Johnny-come-lately". You were the one like Terri McMillan, doing disappearing acts after 2010, because you were no where to be found in 2011, 2012, or 2013. Only when it was announced earlier this year that TXSU had come out of their APR fiascos and scored 930+ (congratulations again, by the way) that you resurfaced. It was when TXSU got off to a winning start this year that you started back frequenting the Boards on a more regular basis. I wouldn't know this if "I didn't come around these parts much." I may not post a lot on the Boards, but I do read them.
As for me being in "an" (not and) induced state of euphoria because my team won...hardly. I did read what you posted, and no, you weren't "pretty much spot on". You first said my team didn't have the athletes, but then posted afterwards that TXSU didn't have the athletes. But again, yeah, I did go back and read what you posted......actually I went way back:

I don't know you must read something different form what I'm reading. I can't call it, you say I made your point but I don't see a point to anything you typed on here. As for my not being here after 2010 :retard: Please note I have been on this board since 2001 and less than 3800 post. It's not because I'm not here it's because I'm not one to post on threads that don't say TSU. But as I'm sure many would vouch if you put TSU in your mouth I'll be right there like the old lady with the white glove getting that gum out your mouth in church.
So clarify what your point was about yesterdays game, because I shole don't see it. Please less I keep you from our most recently recorded episode of Scandal.
I picked tsu by 2 which is what it would have been if not for the blocked FG. So TSU lost by 1, what is it you are trying to get to? Oh and you still don't have no spectacular athletes TSU just has sub par leadership. If not for the zebra's walking tsu out of the red zone with their yellow rags your azz would bee somewhere quite looking and not commenting like usual.

That little 2010 issue you think scared me off the boards, :smh: look a here new boots I was here during Bill Thomas and Steve Wilson I know you don't know who they are buy you like going way back so go back and see what TSU football was back then. If I was here then trust me 2010 wasn't enough to make me blink.

First of all, I don't watch Scandal...............I hate that show with a passion, and I've mentioned it many, many, many times on the Forums.........but since you've been around since 2001 and are an HBCU Sports Forum (former TSPN) elder, you already know this.
Second, while you may have read my posts, it's obvious you didn't read with any kind of comprehension. If you had, you'd see that my point is/was that you do an awful lot of double talk. Prior to the UAPB/TXSU game, you did say that my boys would play TXSU hard. You also said that since my team didn't have the athletes, we'd lose the game. I never said my team had spectacular athletes.......you were the one that brought up the athlete issue. AFTER the game, however, you changed your tone and said it was TXSU that didn't have the athletes due to reduction in scholarships. Also after the game, you came up with 3 excuses (your words, not mine) as to why you lost to my boys. You blamed the refs (which you also did during the MVSU/TXSU game), said you all had injured players (which you didn't mention prior to our game), and said your team is "young and got caught up in HC". You even said that TXSU has sub par leadership (but didn't say that when your APR score went up to 930+.....again, excellent job, by the way). So, since you need me to clarify my point, it's this: you do a lot of double-talk.
And lastly, everyone on here knows I don't like to smack the other SWAC/HBCU schools because we're all the same really and share the same struggles. But you're an HBCU Sports Forum elder, so you know that, which means you also know that I don't just sit back and let smack ride when others try to bring it about my UAPB. So, if someone says something about my school and/or my team, I'll respond. And rest assured that you or no one else will be like anyone with a white glove getting anything out of my mouth. Now, if you don't like what I have to say about TXSU, you might want to remember that before you put my UAPB in yours. And since I didn't have anything negative to say about you or TXSU, there really should be no problem with what I did have to say.

Sis. I aint mad at you, but I will tell you this. Those excuses I posted are not my personal beliefs. As I mentioned before those comments were posted for a special group of people to see. You just happened upon the scene and addressed it, which is all good. I felt tsu would win this game but by a small margin 2 pts which was very close. But sometimes that's the way the cookie crumbles. Also, I was just poking you with that Scandal comment. So please believe when I made those comments peanut butter was not even on my radar, you just happened to be the date for that evening.

No harm, no foul, and no offense taken. But I was beginning to think you were offended by what I posted because you started cursing (again, no hard feelings). I understand. You mentioned that you don't like seeing TXSU lose, and since you all have been having a pretty good season, I can imagine the loss wasn't what you expected. But you all do have a good record, and it could be worse......like a certain team I know that's 2-5 overall (1-4 in conference)....and I'm talking about my folks. It's really hard watching my folks like this these past 2 seasons, so I do understand the frustration.
My posts weren't meant to get anyone all riled; I was just trying to point out some things and also engage in in some friendly, intelligent banter.
