I have the older version. To me its a better investment than the headphones. I've hook it up to everything Ipad, phone computers, TVs, even my son's Nabi, lol. Its like an old school boombox with better sound quality. It cost about the same as some of the headphones.

I don't think the older version could be as you had to plug it in to an electric socket. I think i read the new version has both battery and plug options. I'm not 100% sure though. But technically speaking, you can hook it up to anything with an auxillary cable.

Can you get it with a bike attachment that has an electrical socket to plug into a petal power generator?

Notice in the picture below how he flipped the bike upside down so the wires wouldn't get caught in the petals or the gears. I'm sure he probably could have ran the wires in the hollow frame, but I guess his design works better for him.
