Why is it so hard to ACTUALLY talk SPORTS?

Huh? I'm talking about ANY NCAA school. Why would I fail to smack another player from a rival school. If you believe this, then you need to aim your conversation towards a few of your fellow jags cause they love smacking JSU players and you know it.:snicker:

What do HBCUs really give us to talk about SPORTS WISE besides the same old problems year after year? This is why I want SWAC Coaches to start smacking each other more. Builds the hype.

People don't go to SEC Media Days to listen to Nick Saban. Listening to Saban is their job. They go to listen to Steve Spurrier for entertainment.
 
Some of yall don't need to be no Coach. Blacks folks give you more hell from stands than any other race. Tony Hobson's dad was ready to whoop somebody's ass one year...:lmao:.

Its gotten worse around here... Now I see why many Great Posters are now gone from this site.... Its too many dudes that Beotch about other schools on the Sportsboard. GO to the Smackboard.

Also, Administers don't always enforce the rules. They keep their homey around, but Ban others. :smh:

It's sad around these hear parts... LOL

Here's my take...

Most of the time when threads are opened, they are usually used for a the thread starter to stroke its own schools ego. If you notice most members start threads on topics they feel their school excels in. Then somebody else comes in and adds on to that stroke. Then if somebody has a decenting opinion the next thing thats said is "you a hater" or "you mad" or some silly shit like that. Instead of that person cementing their opinion about about the topic they started, we usually get a Maury Povich type response. So we really dont want to have a discussion, we want to tell each other how GREAT we are as HBCUs. We dont want to DISCUSS nothing.

Ive been saying for a while now that Valley needs to go D2. It will be beneficial for Valley and most other SWAC schools. Can we have a DISCUSSION about that? Nope...

There are private forums on this website where most of these threads belong. If you are on the public forum and you are posting messages that dont make sense, and somebody says "that doesnt make sense and here is why it doesnt make sense," thats not something to get upset about. But then again, we cant have a discussion, all we want is to be told how great we are. Lets start posting with logic.

I think it's the opposite. You have moderators from loser schools who can't stand that no one pays them any attention so they get to banning folks and doing all kinds of crazy stuff. Again, i got banned for saying BAMA Jelly. WTF? It ain't that serious. I ain't call them a c**n azz cracker lookin *****. Ain't nobody got time for all that.

Uhh JagGrad, folks hung around cause their team was WINNING. When their team don't win, they leave. When su was winning in the early 2000's, this board was streaming with su folks.
When AAMU was winning, there were several AAMU folks. The same with Bama State.

It's just that simple. Folks come and go on TSPN sports.

I dont agree with u much....but i think this is true.....Now some people do take it over board but ur right the most successful sports shows have a tad bit of comedy....thats where the industry is going....ive seen kevin hart on quite a few sports shows......same thing with adding Shaq and Charles to TNT.... ratings went up the sarcasm and jokes they bring.

Though, ya'll do tend to stray a little too far away from the topic...sometimes I look at page 1 and just know it's gonna be a different topic or an argument between the SAME TWO SCHOOLS every time by the time I reach the end of the discussion LOL

Some people are so sensitive and take themselves so seriously that they cant take a joke. Others dont know how to IGNORE people. Just IGNORE folks you dont like to read. There are several people on this board I wouldnt take 2 seconds to read or react to. Sometimes if Im on my phone and I cant see the members name before I read it, I smack myself upside the head. Here's a newsflash: YOU DONT HAVE TO READ AND REACT TO EVERYBODY.
