Really. Then why so many of your fellow JSU posters on here want Comegy's arse fired and so do a lot of folks in Jacktown? Thank goodness for him that he got to the SCG. Let him get his arse kicked tomorrow by UAPB and the remove Comegy crew will reappear on the board with the quickness. LOL. Right now they are just taking a wait and see approach. So I don't think a lot of folks are hugging and kissing in the JSU contingent.
One thing we do know. We can keep Big Worm and know that even he figured out how to beat JSU. LOL.
Hell yall barely beat Stump both years he coached. Terry O to Rico send help both years.
Now back to the coaching thread. Don't know how a 4-7 SU team could draw so much attention on SCG week. LOL.

Not that many folks are chiming in except for one school. The rest have added constructive dialogue about the job opening and what our ADs are doing.

Yeah JR...cause yall didnt say NOTHING when JSU had Bell/Comegy. Yall just sat on the sideline and sat on your hands and only had construtive criticism..aint that right JR? And that mess you said about Odum...I just cant believe how delusional you have gotten. And to be honest you are getting worser. Being an alum of a loser school with the worst athletic department in the country is really getting to you. You need to get your stuff together man. After you sponsored those bandgeeks its just gotten worser and worser for you.
I will admit that you are right about one thing, if Comegy had beaten SU and lost to ASU and would not be in Bham right now his ass would be fired. I hope Comegy gets a new job offer Monday and moves on cause these nutts around here will never appreciate him.

Come on JR, you're better than that. We offered constructive criticism and warned SU folks before yall hired Stump, but you went ahead and hired him anyway.
Just because our opinions may be a bit different from the mainstream, doesn't mean it's not constructive.

That's easy, we are their role model. We are their big brother that they always want to be like and imitate. This is harsh for them to hear because it hurts their pride and will never admit it in public. :lol: :emlaugh: Man when you lose the very first SCG to your big brother, Look at your big brother take your spot in the NCAA tourney with Lindsey Hunter and then win in the first round and get all of the national press, win regional baseball games and take their most valuable player in the progress because he wanted to play for a winner, that just make the legend and nightmare that much more knife twisting and wound salted. :lol: :emlaugh:

Uh dude, nobody on this board hired Stump. LOL. Hell when yall found out about him. He was already hired or submitted to the board by our last AD. Nobody is reading anyone's opinion on this board that is part of the process of hiring at any of our schools. Folks warned yall about Comegy being a Billy Joe disciple where academics were concerned. Did that stop JSU from doing it? Same for your AD. Didn't folks warn yall about Vivian and even your President? My point is that I am sure no JSU leaders were sitting at their computers taking in what some pundits on a sports board were saying about their candidates. LOL.
The bottom line is no one on this board including you JSU folks know what Dr. Broussard is going to do with this coaching hire. No one knows what success any of these coaches will have until they suit up players and play the games. What we do know is this search is being conducted much better than the 2010 search. You know that but don't want to admit it. It has been out in the open for everyone to see and the candidates are good candidates. Our last AD wasn't this thorough or open about the search. All we saw was the final 3, after we all saw the clandestine behind the back move to secure Doug even before Pete had coached his last game. LOL. So excuse us SU folks for being more comfortable with the process the way it is being conducted now. If our new coach is Brian Jenkins or say James Spady, I am happy with the way the search went and the fact they are doing serious backgrounds on these guys. One thing for sure. Broussard is thorough.
