Im not a Lebron or heat fan. But I do tip my hat and applaud their championship. I still dont like the process but I respect the result.

I am a LeBron fan. Glad he toughened up. Not a Heat fan even though I wanted them to beat Dallas last year. But I tell ya, I just love that OKC team. So I am rooting for them to get some rings. What process don't you like?

Oh well there goes the he don't have a ring excuse.

Now he got to win not 1, not 2, not 3, not 4, not 5, not 6, not 7 rings. Lol. You know they going to say he got 6 more to win. Glad he got one. Post Cleveland.

I am so happy for this Man! He was toasted for making a choice to live his life and not let the owners dictate is future. When people going to see the powers that be turned the media against him to keep the players in check and deter other players from doing the same thing LJ did. What is the difference from what LJ did and what Eli Manning did coming through the draft? But no one ever talks about Eli saying don't draft me becasue I aint coming. If that was Cam or RGIII..... :smh:

Anyway CONGRATS TO YOU LJ!!!!

Eggzactly!! Players get traded and cut all the time. Where is the outcry then? Lebron had the leverage, Miami had the better offer, and he took it. If I get a a better job offer I'm taking it. Why can't Lebron do the same?

The whole way he left Cleveland and came to Miami. The Decision, The pep rally.. Im not gonna ask him to win 6 more rings. Thats unfair.

Hell Kobe did it. Lol.

He needs to thank DavidStern
That was the most fixed finals since the last time the Heat won.
that was waaaay too obvious. Even Jordan said "hold up man, this is fixed "

The decision I didn't like. I would have handled that differently. Don't blame him for leaving Cleveland. But I would have taken the high road and met with the owner and told him I am out. Did a normal press conference or maybe a joint one with Wade and Bosh.

The Pep rally was the Heat management fault. LeBron didn't do that. Now he got carried away with that crazy prediction of how many titles he would win. In my mind he should have 2 now. Still think they were way better than Dallas. They just got punked.

Lol @ GR. Well I am sure Stern is happy. Miami loses this series and they would have self destructed in the off season. Stern is hoping this is the beginning of a Finals rivalry.

Yep, it was soooooo obviously how David Stern told Mike Miller to hit all those threes.

Oh no, OKC has a lot to work if they want to get that ring. They have to make the decision about keeping Westbrook as the PG. They have to iron out some issues on the offensive side as well. They are young, and hopefully all of them can keep a good head on their shoulders to stick together. They made too many mistakes down the stretch in games 2-4 to seriously contend for the title.

They will be fine. They will mature some. But it ain't like they got a whole lot to fix. They get Eric Maynor back who is a good backup PG and can play on the court with Westbrook at the same time. They will get a decent player in the draft with it being deep. Even at the bottom of the first round. Ibaka will get even better. He needs to go see the Dream like Kobe and LeBron have. But they are right there. Hell they looked better than Miami did against Dallas last year.

They have a good front office since they mimic San Antonio. Durant will get even better. The West is in trouble if these guys stay healthy.

True, but we have to wait and watch what happens with Dwight Howard, Deron Williams, and the Lakers.

D Williams ain't going to LA. They are salary capped. Lol. Jim Buss said yesterday don't expect any big moves from them. They would have trade Bynum or Pau. Plus their bench is suspect. Kobe is the only sure thing. Going to be hard to buy a title under the new CBA.

Let's not overreact here. OKC locked up Westbrook for the next five years. He's the PG. OKC just got beat by a better team in the Finals. No need to change a thing if you are the Thunder organization, considering their core is 22, 22, 23 and 22. OKC will learn from this experience and hopefully grow and get better as a result. As long as Durant and Westbrook are around, OKC will be in the mix for a championship every season.

No, I meant those 3 separately. As in watching what team Deron Williams and Dwight Howard play for, and what moves teams like the Lakers might make.

Of course keep Westbrook, I mean they need another option for PG.
