It should be an interesting last weekend of the season, especially for the intense SWAC Western Division.
Prairie View A&M 15 6, .714

Prairie View A & M holds 4-2 overall series over Texas Southern
Texas Southern holds 4-2 overall series over Southern
Southern hold 2-1 first half of overall series over Prairie View A & M
A sweep (3 out of 3) or 2 out of 3 for PVAMU (18-6 or 17-7) would give PVAMU the 1st place in the Western Division and the #1 seed in the tournament. Because they would have the season series over TxSU no matter what they do the final weekend. TxSU (17-7 or 16-8 or 15-9) would have to win one more game than SU in the scenario above to take the #2 seed, dropping SU (16-8 or 15-9) to the #3 seed.
A sweep (3 out of 3) for SU (18-6) would give them 1st place in the Western Division and the #1 seed in the tournament. Because TxSU could not catch them in the win/loss columns no matter what they do the final weekend. If TxSU could win 2 out of 3, then TxSU (16-8) would be the #2 seed, dropping PVAMU (15-9) to the #3 seed.
