Men's indoor track and field: Fairleigh Dickinson-Metropolitan Campus, Florida A&M, Prairie View A&M
Men's outdoor track and field: Florida A&M, Prairie View A&M
Level 1 penalty:
Men's golf: Prairie View A&M, Idaho
Level 2 penalties:
Men's indoor track and field: Florida A&M, Prairie View A&M
Men's outdoor track and field: Florida A&M, Prairie View A&M
So, what is Sam Houston State University's secret? Stephen F Austin University's secret? Houston Baptist University's secret? Abilene Christian University's secret? Incarnate Word University's secret? Texas A&M-Corpus Christi's secret? Texas Southern University's secret? Did I miss any other in-state D-I FCS schools?
How do their mens indoor and outdoor track teams academically flourish and ours does not? Ditto for mens golf? What do they have that PVAMU does not?
