Yoga



Its tough if you are bulky. I was in a Yoga class for 6 weeks. It seem to improve my balance. Before the class I knew I was tripping and stubling over everything everywhere.
 
Yeah.. And I thought I was pretty limber. That praying warrior or whatever it is called is the truth..
 
It is great! It provide flexibility. My back was killing me from sitting in a car driving extended hours. I ran to my Yoga class and it aligned my back into its proper position. A few times in Yoga class I have gotten so relaxed that I fell asleep, on the flat hard floor without a pillow. I also have taken Pilates and it is good too. Do not walk but run to the class.
