Y isn't JSU on the HBOTB ballot this year?

Can someone tell me why Jackson State isn't on the Honda Battle of the Bands Ballot this year.

Jackson State will not be able to participate in this year's Honda Battle of the Bands because they accepted a date to play at the Senior Bowl in Mobile,AL the same date as the Honda Battle of the Bands Invitational Showcase in Atlanta on January 24th.

We went to the Senior Bowl too in my senior year (I believe).

Yeah we did, that trip was fun! Them crackers had them little house on the prarie dresses on...but we did our thing on the field afterwards...it was cool!
