Well, what he said is HIS recruiting strategy. What's wrong is to apply HIS strategy to all HBCU coaches. Another coach's strategy maybe to recruit to win a championship. Whether the player transfers is their personal decision.

But, I think HBCUs/FCS schools can benefit from the reverse...getting those G5 and P5 players who are using up their eligibility but aren't playing.

Bruh these folks live in a box around here. Ain't no more Deion Sanders coming to the SWAC anytime soon. If you don't think out the box you will not win. Hell a SEC school basically offered my half sister for her 5 star a house, car, and major cash under the table. We can't compete with that in the SWAC.
