WOW.....Another Pastor....Read For Yourself





I actually have to been to their original church. The one that birthed this church, Convenant Baptist United Church of Christ. They were the first I think in the city to perform same sex unions.

Interesting part is my last job hosted a debate about gay marriage the pastor showed up and explained his justifications. I didn't agree with them, but she made a strong case.
 
What's new? Faggots, thieves, liars, whores, whore mongers, adultery, freaks, rapist, murders have been around since man kind hit earth. Tell me something different. :confused:

Right. If you don't like it, don't attend the Church. I won't. :lol:

Just like I don't like all the hollering, shouting, extra long sermons, etc. at some Churches...so I don't attend.

Y'all say it's the end of times in every one of these discussions...we still here. :lol:

That's a bit much for me.. But hey.. If they are comfortable with it.. and Receiving God in some way shape or form.. More power to them..
 
I don't see anything wrong with the marriage or his ministry. At least he's not living a lie.
 
I had a debate with someone about this on FB last night. I explained how it (in my opinion) is wrong and ended up losing a friend. Such is life, there is a church like this in Huntsville, never been interested in attending :lol:
 
I'm all for live and let live...but I really believe the few times I set foot willingly in a church...it won't be a homosexual one. I've not heard an openly gay pastor speak...what is the justification for gay and in the pulpit...they just love the Lord? But...how can they lead, censure, admonish or judge when they've also chosen to be a Christian a la carte...picking and choosing which portions they want to follow/believe in? But then again, ;most preachers today are Christians a la carte also...carryone!
