He spent decades as an executive at General Electric AFTER leaving as President of Kentucky State back in the 1980's. $90,000 to him is probably his "yearly party money". :lol:

:lol:...would be nice. But then again, some get raises by other methods.

Yes indeed. I can see an across the board decrease for those making above 150K. But then you stand to lose some good people.
