Workout Programs


I just try different variations (sets and reps) of traditional exercises that I come across online. An example is this week I'm doing six sets of six reps with upper body (arms, chest, back, triceps, etc.) with only 15 seconds of rest in between sets. Good strength and cardio workout combination. You get a crazy pump, too. In previous weeks, I tried to squad my body weight for 5 minutes straight with no rest as part of my legs workout.

Haven't really done a workout plan, but willing to try anything to change it up for time to time.
 

I use Body builders.com workouts sometimes, I have this app cost me .99 cents called Ultra Fitness. It has daily workouts from beginner to advanced plus nutrition advice... Been working out so long you have to mix it up. Mix in some p90X,crossfit type stuff when we get stagnant..
 
:quiet:Any of the HIIT routines. If done correctly and w/o cheating...those thing will humble you. Youtube it.
