Why do country folks, not wanna be country any more? Seriously, man it is easier to get these dang northern yankees to go hunting, fishing and do outdoors stuff than us southern cats. Yall act like yall don't like eating deer, rabbits, bream cat fish or buffalo. Now yall wanna eat lamb, tilapia and organic beef.

Come on now cee. A brother down with fishing and want to go hunting (need some help on this one, can't front) but we can keep that Southern Diet all our lives... Man, my blood pressure was hitting 160/100 at the age of 21. Thanks to Dieting, I am averaging out around 125/75....

I don't play on the diet tip. My family has constantly battled weight issues and I am trying to stay on top of that fight from the start.

Our people give you a hard time when you not down with the pig. You could be fat as h@ll and they will still tell you that you're not fat and don't need to lose weight. That's crazy to me.

I'm still country and I don't eat deer, rabbit, catfish and surely not buffalo. Never liked any of those meats.

But deeeeeez my peeps, buck. I hold them to a differing standard than others. Dey know dey ain't too good for this shat we was raised on. Dey done got all "citified" and "bling" and all. :retard: One of them JUST bought a jag. How do U go from owning 2 duallys to now owning a damned jag? U can't pull a horse trailer w/ a jag. lol :emlaugh:

My relatives tried to get me to eat pig feet, pig ears, hog souse, chitterlings, Bugs Bunny and Bambi etc, and it's something I'm never going to do suffice to say. I've only been fishing once (that was when I was a kid) with my grandfather up in Michigan. I eat tilapia, salmon, tuna, some organic foods and leaner meats now. My family has a history of heart disease and diabetes. I really have to watch my diet.

yeah blood pressure and diabetes.. I got enough genetic problems passed down from my family, no need to add to it when I am doing my best to fix my natural flaws.

I don't really do the pork, but when I get hold to some good frog legs, deer and rabbit, these folks be acting like it is nasty. It is better than that store meat yall eat.

Okay! That's what I'm talking about!!! Deer meat isn't fat anyway! Who mentioned the "cooked" pig fig? Cooked some on Monday...yep, was a Monday's dinner...that's how we do it in the 'Sip! Am I worried about diabetes, heart problems, etc that run in the family...NOPE because I don't eat like that everyday nor every week...do it in moderation and you will be ok! I ain't about to act "uppity" at the dinner table...lol :smoke:

Wow...

Saw a deer in my back yard yesterday!

Didj'a take out the .22 cal and pluck it, buck?

Funny, some dumbling bambi wondered onto our property late last night and I saw her azz. :| I took out the 9mm and chased that SOB firing shots (all 17 lol). :emlaugh: I was wearing cowboy boots and jeans as I was attempting to chase and shoot. By the time I'd gotten through and cursed loudly like crazy on the way back to the main part of the property, it was all sorts of stuff moving in bushes/brush in adjoining properties getting the hell on. :emlaugh:

Nah, I don't even eat deer. I see them in my yard day and night. I let my dog out the other night and saw two big deer laying on the ground. One of them had very large antlers.
