I LOVE Forrest Gump. I don't know how many times I've watched it.

Cool...but one of my top 5 is Dying Young.

 Thanks for the recommendation. Got it at Wal-mart this weekend for $5.50 to watch for movie night. It was very good. Julia Roberts is always good.

A sweet, love story. ;)

Amazing wasn't it. He had all the money in the world but only wanted to be a teacher, he had all the money in the world and love helped him in to remission.

One of the "coolest" scenes (among many) in that movie, is Darius and Nina on the motorcycle on their way to Savon's (Isaiah Washington's) crib for the set he was hosting. It only lasted about 10-12 seconds, but it was just "something" about it.

Just like them walking in front of Buchingham Fountain(sp) after the steppers set, them walking down the street before they went to the Wilde Hare. It was a movie that htat had real sincere interaction between a man and woman. That movie was just special. Nothing has been made since that can touch it.

You would have to love a person to hate them that much.

You all might as well throw in "The Fly". The Jeff Goldbum version.

That's true, NT. They took that "thin line" philosophy a tad far!

As much as I already like Kathleen Turner (Body Heat was enough to make you want to take a cold shower,) I gained a greater appreciation for her in War of the Roses!

She and Michael Douglas played those roles to the hilt!

Love Jones, Truth About Cats and Dogs, The way we Were, Jason' Lyric, The Wedding Singer, The Wedding Date, Say Anything...pretty much any John Hughes film
