What are you open to now?

AAMU all day every day!
I'm being more open-minded about the foods that are good for "me" body. That includes oatmeal. I only tried to eat it once as a kid, around age 7. I haven't taken another spoonful until two days ago.

I figured, that was 23 years ago. Maybe my taste buds have changed. I mean, I love granola. So, oatmeal can't be too far off. I figured there's so many different flavors of oatmeal to try and its good for you. Sorta like my taste in men.:ebrow:

So, I took it upon myself to purchase my first box of oatmeal. Raisin, dates and walnuts. I only ate a half a bowl, but it's a good start. It wasn't so bad.:)

I've also been more open to given up carbohydrates such as breads, pastas or anything made out of white flour...etc.

So far so good. It's been 10 days since I had any breads/pastas.

What are u try'n to be more open about these days?

Fish. I used to love some Fried Catfish, Broiled Red Snapper, Filet of Sole. When I was at Southern Friday was fish night in the cafeteria so I had no choice.
For some reason I can't stand fish, I would like to try to eat it again but only filets.
