Wendy Williams On The R Kelly Scandel

Agreeing with Bedrock

I will agree with Suge in some regards. There are some 14 year olds that may look like they are legal. But you can easily determine their age by engaging in conversation with them instead of with your D***. For example, I too, like Suge was stepped to by younger girls when I was in college, but if you engage in conversation for over 5 minutes then you can tell they are too young. If R was truly caught up and bamboozled by ole girl then he should have used more discretion. R-Kelly is a celebrity, he should know better, not only does he have to look out for the Young-uns, but the old-uns as well trying to hook him up with a "Give me a dayumm check baby". And he did hook up with a young-un when he got with Aaliyah.

So as a rule of thumb I suggest that guys adhere the following:

Always err on the side of discretion......
If a girl says she's 18 she is probably 14-15...
If a girl says she's 21 she is probably 17....
If a woman says she's 25 she is probably 30....
If a woman says she's 35 she is probably 42....
.

.
.

I have been saying this whenever the topic of R Kelly comes up. A grown man should be able to tell whether or not is a girl is legal. I don't care how FINE she may be, if you look the girl in the eye and start a conversation with her age should be easy to tell.

I hear you Cat Daddy...and I agree. When you have a conversation....you can then tell. But sometimes when there is sex involved, there really isn't much indepth conversation. I am much older now and much more catious with where I lay Konan the Destroyer. Yeah I at least want to know her name now....but that hasn't always been the case. There is nothing like nameless sex, or sex where names are involved but you are going by your alias..............dayum I miss the good ole days!

I guess I have to see the other side of it, in that in Robert's case....he does have a history of incidents with the younger chics. So blast on..........

Suge,

I too remember being on the Yard and running into a few little ladies that were 16 or 17. When you are 19 or 20, I can see just about any guy being fooled by a little hottie because she looks older than she is. But when you are more than twice their age, as Robert Kelly is in this case, you should know better.

I couldn't imagine trying to push up on a teenie bopper. A dirty ol man like me wants a woman that know's what she is working with.

That's sad.

I won't comment though, because I'm a R. Kelly hater anyway.

I was at the New Years Eve show in Atlanta '96 when his drunk ass cussed out the crowd.

This is not a matter of mistaking a young lady for a grown woman.. This guy has been stalking high schools for the greater part of 15 years.. The girls he picked (from witnesses who viewed the tape) looked no where near legal .. He just like young girls.. point blank bottom line.

ON THE NET

A tape that allegedly shows R. Kelly engaging in sex with an underage girl, which is now under investigation by Chicago police, appears to have surfaced on the streets of New York and a number of Web sites.

Though R. Kelly's lawyer has said that "no videotape of Robert Kelly having sex with an underage girl exists" (see "R. Kelly Proclaims Innocence In Teen Sex Scandal"), sites promising just that are offering downloads of the footage, sometimes for a fee, despite the fact that it could be stolen child pornography. R. Kelly's lawyer was unavailable to amend his earlier statement.

The females on the tape making the rounds are unidentified, but the content of the footage in terms of setting and activities matches what has been described as the nearly 27-minute tape currently under investigation.

Other footage also purports to show Kelly in compromising positions, with one Web site claiming to have 10 hours of material and boasting of access to still more.

A spokesperson for one of the sites offering footage for free said the decision to post the material was for "journalistic purposes, to prove that the tapes do exist." Reps for a sex site charging $2.99 per download claim they're offering it to prove that it's not R. Kelly. "It's a fake tape," insisted Dennis Johnson of DH Industries. "I just put it up there to show that it's not him."

Regardless of whether or not it's really Kelly, the material being downloaded is second- or third-generation footage from a tape that was likely stolen to begin with. Additionally, the identities of the female sex partners are not known nor their ages determined, though police are investigating claims that one of the girls depicted was 14 at the time of taping. Federal law prohibits the production, receipt, distribution, possession, transportation, mailing and advertising of any "visual depiction" involving the use of a child under 18 years of age in sexually explicit conduct.

I know everyone is curious but for your own good don't download that mess... It can come back and bite you on the arse! Child pornography can get your computer confiscated, jail time, and loss of your job.. Furthermore if you get caught with it you will be labeled as a sex offender....

Latest from the RUMOR MILL

*taken from another website*

With videotapes in the hands of the authorities, and people who've seen them claiming that the guy in them "is R Kelly," without a hint of doubt in their voice, isn't it strange that you've heard nothing about him being arrested, taking in for questioning, or anything like that?

Well information about what's going on is being held tight to the chest, so for the latest news.. well, let's turn to Wendy Williams. She says that there is a rumor that the case may be settled out of court. Supposedly Sparkle and the girl's family would allegedly drop all charges if R Kelly produces her next CD.. read that again .. It's unbelievable isn't it?

Of course the news hasn't been marked "official" or "confirmed" with a big red ink stamper, but if it was true it's not like the parties involved would broadcast to the world that they've been having meeting and are settling out of court. This is the type of news that you get after the fact. Then two, three weeks, from now when your wondering why you haven't heard anything, suddenly you get wind that the case has been settled out of court for x amount of dollars. As a matter of fact that's what happened the last time R Kelly was accused of allegedly sleeping with a minor, he settled for $250,000.00 and the accusing parties disappeared... tripping over each other to get to the Benz dealership.

If the news turns out to be true, it just means that the initial, funny business alarm that went off after hearing about Sparkles involvement in the situation, was the real deal.

Was she hoping for this from the start?
Did she know about the tapes beforehand? Allegedly they were recorded a couple of years ago..
How much does the family really care about the little girl involved?

There's one more wrinkle to the story.. Wendy's source in Chicago legal circles has informed her that on one of the tapes there was an exchange of money between the two parties once the deed was done. This would make it an act of prostitution, even though she's a minor, it could cause problems in prosecuting the case. So if your the accusing party and your holding swiss cheese evidence, what do you do? Settle out of court. Walk away with something. Money. Deals on the side. In exchange, you keep your mouth shut about the case, and when the question comes up, your lips get tight, mouth gets dry.. suddenly you can't speak.. "umm, next question."

I thought something was fishy when they mentioned Sparkle's involvement.. In essence, Sparkle was just as guilty as R. Kelly in the matter. She provided the minors for him to have his way with.... SAD! I think that someone may have told the family that AUNT SPARKLE might be in some deep isht over this and they decided to get some quick cash...

Let's be honest here.. If I had R. Kelly's money and I could make the allegations go away for a relatively small amount of money, I would go for it.. Innocent or not!
