Yes, the process is still moving forward. Those that support Tuskegee exploring transitioning to Division I FCS are being requested to follow us on Facebook and tell other to follow as well. We are also in Instagram and Twitter under the name "TUD1Explore".




We will keep you posted as the Tuskegee Alumni NCAA Division I Exploratory Consortium advances forward.

what conference would that be? TU wants to participate in the playoffs, so the swac can not be on the list.
 
All of those schools are perpetrating and wish they could be part of the SWAC (except for a few idiots that post on these message board and never gave a dime to their schools athletic dept in their life). Those schools wish they could get the attendance number the SWAC receives, play in Reliant Stadium in a championship game on national television, have something like the Bayou Classic and Magic City Classic and compete against our league members. No one either bother to go to TNST games any longer unless it's an HBCU. Most of FAMU football fans wish they could play against Southern, Grambling, Jackson State and Alabama State every year. FAMU will play BCU regardless of what conference their affiliated with, however besides South Carolina State, the rest of that conference are not football playing pedigree along with fan base and pure Garbage when it comes to football...Skegee wish they could play the legendary teams in this conference on a consistent basis in Football....
 
Correct me if im wrong, but didnt Tuskegee just ditch the Bama State game to go to the playoffs? lol
 
Bama State could've raised the extra money at their own stadium by simply having another twerk contest to supplement funds for the TDC.

you nailed it....we have the sweetest deal damn near in FCS...other conferences have copied the model with their "classics" and their on regional TV "at best"

If I was an outsider who didn't know any better I would think most of the SWAC schools did better in attendance when compared to TnSU. However that is not the case. Only JSU and SU. That's it. You guys need to STOP lumping everyone else in with JSU and SU when it comes to attendance. U sound like a UGA fan always riding Bama, UF and LSU's nut. Last time UGA won a championship Regan was in office.

TU would b a good fit for the SWAC because of location and fan base. Stop discounting NCA&T and SCSU because they also do better them everyone in the swac except the two. TnSU shouldn't when u consider we only play 1 hbcu at home a season, but still ranks higher. ¿Whats wrong with everyone else in the swac if we beat them every year in attendance with only one game that our fans want to watch as u state?

He's comparing his team's attendance to the SWAC and you post a conference comparison... I don't get the relevance lol. Regardless of what you just posted, TnSU has better attendance than everyone in the SWAC other than SU & JSU.

Skegee will have to play to different rules in the FCS compared to how they currently do. Example would be with recruiting.
