Anywho, Tara is the Webmaster for her AKA Chapter's Website. She should be able to help you. Give her a call.

I created one for a friend of mine a while ago, If it is still up go to www.homesweethomela.net

I also created one at my job on our intranet site. Our employees can fill out an online evaluation form to submit their information. The answers go into a database.

I love creating websites. Let me know if you want my help.
