In 2002, when she was just 15, Wanetta Gibson (left), told police that NFL hopeful Brian Banks (right) dragged her across their school campus and raped her. Brian was arrested, tried and locked up. He spent more than five years in prison and another five years on parole. He had to register as a sex offender and was still wearing an ankle monitor until Thursday May 24th when he was exonerated after Wanetta admitted she lied about the kidnapping and rape.

While Brian was locked up, Wanetta’s family successfully sued the school district, claiming it had failed to adequately protect her. The school paid the family $1.5 million.

After ten years of torture for Brian, Wanetta eventually admitted in a videotaped interview with a private investigator that Brian never raped her. But then she was very concerned about the huge pay out her family received. “I will go through with helping you, but … all that money they gave us, I mean me, I don’t want to have to pay that back,â€￾ Gibson said on tape. She later refused to repeat her story to prosecutors, but her videotaped confession was enough to exonerate Brian.

I am not going to drop this story until Wanetta Gibson is behind bars. I will continue to point out what an evil and vile individual she is. I am not surprised by the following things.

As soon as she got the $1.5 million for falsely accusing Brian Banks, she and her family ran right through the money.

She has two kids by two different fathers only a year apart.

She has been on public assistance, which honestly is for hard working people who need it and not liars who stole $1.5 million. I don’t care if she is broke or suffering. She didn’t have to spend 5 years in jail and have her hopes destroyed like Banks.

They need to lock her and her family up and throw away the key, but I get the strange feeling they won't. Since she did exactly what the system expected her to do, which is destroy as many Black men futures as she possibly could.

Yes she is. It easier for them to throw a Black man under the bus then a White man. A Black woman tried the same thing with the Duke lacrosse team and guess what it got her. And the young man would still be in jail if she didn't confess.

Yep. Always knew that. That whole myth that WHITE women take black men down is just that. Plenty of women no matter what their race or ethnic background have taken black men down for their own selfish reasons.

The thing is most of the time only if she is WHITE is when our community has an uproar about it. Plenty of brothers locked up or done wrong by their own kind. Before the women jump me. Yes it goes both ways. A lot of brothers have wronged the sisters too. But one thing we don't get you locked up for false isht.

A lot of them allow it to happen. All they have to do is call the police one time and some brother is going to jail, just like this witch did when she lied about being raped. Now that her and her family are broke again, I bet her dumb azz thought she can get another million dollars by selling the truth.

Oh I know one guy that we grew up around here (Sunflower County) that did 17 years in Parchman because the girl lied and said he raped her (he was kind of "off" so it was easy to pin it on him) before DNA exonerated him. Mississippi will be paying him $50K every three months for the next few years because of that but damn that's 17 years gone because some yamp walking around living with a lie for all that time

The only way they can stop a lot of this these yamp/witches lying about being rape is to lock them up, but I'm sure feminist groups would say this would keep women who really are raped from reporting their rape incident to the police.

Easy to do anywhere in general. That's only 100K a year for 15 years. Not sure if taxes were taken out and it was split by the family. That's not a lot of $$$. Especially if you are not working another job. If people like JR got $1.5M, he could just bank and it never touch it.. :lol: but not everyone can do that.

You can't stop them becasue the women are always right even in sexual harrassment cases .. even if they were coming on to you and got mad because you were not interested. We just gotta be careful fellas!

One of the top stories on CNN today is about some judge making a woman forgive her ex-husband for raping her, which has feminist groups in an outrage. I sympathizes with her, but which story do you think is more news worthy.
