Video of Tony Stewart killing driver - Warning advisory- graphic


I was just talking to a guy who's son races cars and he really believes that Stewart meant to hit the guy. Maybe not kill him, but hit him or come close. He stated that Stewart had enough time to swerve his car in the other direction and miss him.
 



ESPN swept this under the rug. Firsttake didnt even mention it. But let somebody kill a dog or get a DUI and it leads after every commercial. He kiled that guy, if even by accident, but its not begin covered

You can't be serious??? ESPN talked about this all day Saturday night and Sunday. That kid put himself in harms way.
 
No way Stewart is brought up on charges. Look at the video, the kid had to actually dodge a car while charging down the track at Stewart. The public can't convict Stewart for being a hot head. The video is too inconclusive to prove that Tony intentionally hit him. From the angle the video was shot one could argue that he swerved at the kid, but an argument can also be made that he was trying to avoid him. At the end of the day if that kid does not go charging into moving traffic he would still be here.
 
It is his fault for getting out the car and walking into the track....But!!!!! Damn tony had a lot of room to miss him if he wanted too
 
Typical sneaky good ole American get away murder. They're always the victim playing the system........
 



Tony Stewart, being the guy that he is, was definitely taunting him in some form or fashion. i don't think he tried to hit him, but probably peel dirt on him or just intimidate him. He could have avoided him if he wanted to. I don't think he'll do any time, but he will spend millions in settlements and other legal fees.
 
Blessed the dead but the kid wasnt too bright in this situation u got cars going 100 MPH and u are standing in the middle of a dirt track...not smart and Tony Stewart is a Grade A dumbass for even coming close to him...I was watching something that said he could get 2nd degree manslaughter which can be a 1 to 15 year sentence so we will see....Sad situation from a bunch of hot heads...

And we all know if this was a black dude it would be talked about everywhere...U got people still talking about Ray Rice over Tony Stewart....
 
Looked like tony was playing chicken and actually hit the guy...I think he was trying to graze the guy but when he revved the engine the kick back from the race car hit the guy. Those cars have so much power they can reach a high speed in a short distance. In saying that, tony "kind of" accidentally did it on purpose lol smh.

The kid put himself in danger, actually the way he ran out there anyone could have hit him, but to me Tony Stewart made an aggressive move on purpose to either graze the kid or get real close and scare him, don't think he meant to kill him but he is guilty of endangerment but the kid is responsible too

I doubt it, Stewart is WHITE and RICH that combo ensures no jail time, in AmeriKKKa he would get moree time for killing a dog
 
I saw a slo-mo version of this clip where Tony's tires appear to be locked - not rotating - at the moment of impact.
 
ESPN showed the actual hit at first. I was up early and then they stop showing it. I thought he hit him on purpose. This is car racing and they always up in each other face about something. But the kid should have saved it for after the race...
 
whether he meant to or not, a kid is dead and he needs to face some sort of action. This shouldn't be swept under a rug. Cats can get suspended and fired for speaking their mind about domestic violence or "The Ghey" but you roll up and kill a ninja and you keep going on like life is grand.

Exactly! Still till this day folks talk about Richard Sherman for an interview after a heated game 100x's worse than they are talking about Stewart for running over a man. Folks protest Vick every chance they get. Now all of a sudden poor Stewart. Lock that fool up!

in the whose responsible percentage, Ward is 75% responsible for his own death. Stewart is 25% responsible. that warrants jail & a hefty fine imo.
