ULM to move down to D1-AA in 2004

Word out of Monroe is that ULM will soon announce that it is returning to Division I-AA after 2004 when new NCAA attendance standards take effect. The Indians were last in I-A this year with an average of 8,470 per game. The I-A mandate of 15,000 takes effect in 2005.
