Uh DSN, JSU is playing right with UF. I bet you thought they would be blown out by now. SU played Duke hard until the last part of the second half last year as well. Stop thinking that Florida is invincible. As a matter of fact I bet they don't repeat as champs this year. As long as JSU plays within themselves they will push Florida. The problem is usually getting worn down and out of their game.
 
tigers are in good shape only down 6 at the break. trey hasn't gotten heated up yet and jsu has blown 4 layups. even with the rebounding issues and the refs calling a fairly dubious first half they've got more than a descent shot of pulling this one out. just need trey to put together a big 2nd half.
 
JSU needs to pump fake on offense to try to get to the line since it's obvious that Florida wants to try to block everything.
 
JSU problem tonight is not preparation, its Refs and rebounding. If JSU shoots in the upper 40% they gonna be there in the end.
 
Tigers are hearing some footsteps after Horford and Noah swatted a couple. Poor inside shooting and that little personal run my Noah really hurt. We need to redouble our efforts in the 2nd half. We are playing well enough to win this.

JSU aint got nothing to be:nod: shame about here. The arena is full of JSU fans too.:nod:
 
I wonder what Florida gonna do for the adjustments at half-time? I bet they are going to increase the tempo. Florida is having a hard time at this speed. It's real difficult to play slow when you have been going a 100 mph all season. It's kinda like a person who is used to driving fast getting behind a slow car on the highway, the person who is accustomed driving fast get's frustrated. JSU need to watch for the Gator's 3 point shooters if they are gonna press Florida.

JSU cannot act too happy that they are down by six at the half. They need to realize that they are still behind and take it to the Gators in the second half.
 
I think the Tigers should speed the pace up a little bit on offense. Looks like Florida has some mismatch issue when the Tigers speed it up. But, they have to rebound the ball if they stand a chance in this game. If the Tigers are forced into the half court, move the ball and make the extra pass--Florida is gambling on everything.
