Okay, this deal sounded alright at first, but every week they've got some new rules. USM is really starting some shat. I've heard about this through the grapevine, so i'm not sure. Supposedly, this was in the contract. They said that the band can come, but the band cannot go on the field at halftime. WHAT KIND OF SHAT IS THAT? Some shat's gonna go down on Aug. 31 if the band can't perform, i'm telling you that now. lol. This is a trip. SMH @ the whole situation.:redhot: :redhot:
 
What can you do? Ya'll already let them bamboozle you into that lopsided contract in the first place. Better rock the house in the stands.:lmao:
 



That is really pitiful! What reason would they have to not let the band perform at halftime? Is their band going to march at halftime?

Too bad, sure hope it's just a rumor.

Y'all better play in the stands during halftime then. Anytime you play at a PWC home field you gotta play by their rules.


P.S. I can't wait till Bama State show JSU how to rock the house like last year. I remember last year JSU fans got mad at us.

I can HONESTLY say that Alabama State was absolutely the WORST band that visited Veteran's Memeriol Stadium (Jackson) last season..... (and HIGH SCHOOL bands performed at the Battle of the Bands Competition!)

And that ain't no "SMACK" either!

Thats real messed up. I think that JSU's football team should protest about that. Halftime is a black college tradition no matter who we play. JSU better fight this one out.
 
I will be watching this real close. This may be good news for the Maroon and White Papers.

I feel sorry for Jackoff State because when it come to Black College football it's not bout who won the game it's about who band clowned and you know bout half the people leave the game after halftime

Dude......it IS about who wins the game. Just give you Bama folks a little room and you always make a fool out of yourselves. It probably doesnt make a difference to the band geeks and the women who spent all day getting their hair done, but for the regular folks the game is ALL that matters.

This is why Bama is 1 n 100 right now. And to top it off, YOUR BAND STINKS.....SUCKS....SWALLOWS. Its the most worstest damn band in the SWAC along with APB and A&M. So why the hell are you over here bragging about your band clowning anything.
 
GR, do I have to remind you that since AAMU has been in the SWAC we are the #3 Band. The only reason we have not moved up in the last two years is that we are too large. When we cut back to 250 we should be able to challenge for the #2 spot.

Now you rescind your statement so we can continue to work on getting you all on the field at half time. Remember your President came from Tulane and he is a Republican. We are trying to get in touch with him, but the telephone has been disconnected. We want him to understand that all is not well when playing PWCs.
