TxSU on the brink of history!!

Man is the lightning that bad? I bet Rice is hoping a hurricane would come through there right about now. lol I can't stress enough how much defense means in a win. TxSU hold strong for two more outs. If I was TxSU coach I would have them fielding grouders right now. You don't want to lose your focus and/or momentum. Pitching and fielding is what separates us from the elite teams of college football.

Let's go TxSU. May the Maroon be with you. :) Do it for the SWAC and all HBCUs.

There is now a storm cell running thru that side of town. There are several small summer storms running thru town that is producing rain and several lightning strikes.

I was listening on the radio and the announcers are pretty much praying for a delay. They are talking about playing the rest of the game in Minutemaid if the storm is still going tomorrow. But, wee still have time to finish tonight if the storm let's up!

This kinda reminds me of the Houston SWACpage Reunion a few years ago. My trees in the yard are bending so far that I could probably jump and touch the tiops of them.

Let's go TSU!!!!! Defeat the defending NCAA Baseball champs!!!!

If TxSU pulls this one out, will we have haters from AAMU talkin about how many games they lost during the season, just like they did with Valley softball?

It aint that bad because back then it was storming all over town. I haven't got a drop over here, just some thunder and the sun is still shining bright and its still hot as "L".

Dang..... It appears a second round of storms are moving in from the north. If they resume play immediately they can finish. What's the hold up!!

Fiyah, it's on it's way. Just go on out side and tie down all light weight things you want to keep. My big arse grill is on it's back in the yard as I type. Cover that goes on top big arse grill was hanging on the neighbors fence until I ran out and rescued it!

I am out of town, I sure hat that I could not be there to see history made.

My brother just called and told me we won the game, he said the frist delay there was no lightening in the area. However the 2nd delay lightening struck right above the heads of the people in the stadium.

Still trying to figure out why the game was delayed in the first place. But that is a rhetorical statement.

GO TSU

Regardless of the outcome, I am so damn proud of TSU.

TSU is doing what no one expected them to do, in even keeping the game close.

TSU you have done us all proud. Representing the "TRE' WARD" to the fullest.

Go TSU....

Co-sign. Valley represented very well for the SWAC. With Texas Southern representing this has been a very good year for the SWAC spring/summer teams.
