First, LC Cole at Alabama State and now Johnnie Cole at Texas Southern. And if you saw how they handled the Cam Newton investigation, they are about dig DEEP into this. The NCAA takes stuff like this seriously. Now the question becomes, was Nelson clear before the season and if other players are involved. If he was not and other players are found to have participated in games without clearance, :lol: Tissue is about be in some real deep shat :lmao:

A school source said Athletic Director Charles McClelland and head coach Johnnie Cole made the decision on Friday evening to sit Nelson due to concerns about possible NCAA violations. source said the possible violations are not related to academics.

This some bullschitt if I ever heard. Johnny Cole and McClellan didn't just find this information out a day before the championship game. If anybody believes that story, they're about as naive as they come. They HAD to know long before this game.
They were just so low down and cowardly to admit it and let Grambling and JSU play in this game. If he was ineligible one day ago, he was ineligible before the season started. Besides, these rumors were going around long before this game.

No way in hades should Texas Southern be playing in this game, especially with Cole brother's history of cheating.
