I still can't believe how this dude has blown up in Atlanta but then again, 2chains is horrible too and he blew up. I honestly don't know how people actually like ish like this, let alone actually buy it.
 
I said the same thing, but his mixtape "All Gold Everything" is actually a decent mixtape. I was stunned that he actually has lyrics lol.

The South is the worst thing to ever happen to hip hop!!!! With a few exceptions, everything has been HORRIBLE out of the south lately.
 
I gotta agree with yall. Sometimes I think the south should have stuck with booty music. It was a lil better then what we have now. :lmao:

He not serious... It's a 'spoof' video. In fact, he got the exact same track with a video for it but he's talking about being 'ashy' instead of all gold. It's like a long clip from the Dave Chappelle show. . . Dude is definately joking but the money it's started to generate aint no joke.

The sad part is, that people are actually buying this stuff and real artist can't get signed or make a dollar...

The song is real. I think he's serious. There are several parody versions of the song.

I honestly think Trinidad is a pretty business savy dude. He pulling a plies and 2 chainz, smart dude making money by making stupid music.

I dislike their music but I respect their hustle. When I heard Plies talking about investing money one day on TV, I peeped the game. A lot of these cats are smart as hell. They just playing characters

Folks in the day was right too.. . Secular music is very influencial and does lead those with impressionable minds to do things that are glorified in the lyrics and videos. (No I aint 'Omish' and yes I listen to rap, hip hop, R&B etc.) I'm just saying, N.W.A N!@@as For Life album gave birth to a lot of 'Brand New Gangsta'. Truth is the truth.. .

As far as 2 Chainz and 'Nem' go... I know you know they are horrible. Tell the truth and shame the devil Cee... I aint puttin' them or the music in heaven or hell. But I am putting that dam* music in the trash . .. Basic, simple, nursery ryhme Ninja's !! :smh:

I respect that too man.. I hate the music and will be VOCAL about it. But at the same time, like you, I respect the hustle. Soldier Boy is a perfect example. I hated that dam* song and was mad as hell hearing it on the radio while I'm taking my crazy but to work and this fool on a beach sippin' marguritas with some "zoom crank that soldier boy" B.S. :smh: ... But then I found out how he got his deal.. He was SELF MADE. Pushed his stuff on the internet. .. Did his own shows and production. Knowing that he wasn't just some Label Exec's lil' nephew made me have much more respect for the young cat gettin his by working for it. ..
