Transfer Portal madness

unfortunately the typical parent has been right there with the kid throughout their athletic life sapping their rest time for "training" and useless summer tournaments - and for some all they think is a pro opportunity should be waiting for them at the end so they will try and milk the system for as much as they can until they have to seek the real world

problem is their no way prepared for the real world and will job hop at one sight of failure
 



I have to ask what would be the point of guys with pro-contracts going back to college?

How would that get any of these guys closer to the NFL or NBA? Why risk an injury going back?

There are enough leagues to play in even if it's Arena 1 (where there are quite a few HBCU guys).
