Nails don't like hammers. The answer is not to run from the fight but instead stop being a nail. these games can be opportunities for our programs as well as our young men.

Bell was not the FCS Defensive Player of the Year. There were 34 safeties that were graded by the NFL with only 15 getting drafted. The majority of the remaining 19 all played at the FBS level. A GA Tech safety with an NFL score above 6.0 signed an UDFA contract with Dallas just like Bell. Bell signed a UDFA contract with Dallas that includes $200K guaranteed. He will be fine and unlike those that were drafted his contract is for 3 years, not 4, which allows him to exit rookie pay sooner.

And where does Land grade with the other edge rushers in FBS? Land sees what's going on. He knows he won't be drafted and will have to sign a UDFA deal, much like Bell.

And that FCS Defensive Player of the Year is bogus for him. Houston was the legitimate Defensive Player of the Year.

This is a 2 time All-SWAC, All American D Lineman. Makes up for the loss of MJ Cunningham. Besides we have a host of good linebackers. Reports are that there is 1 more "Big Name" yet to be announced.
 
I mean SU is basically PV located in BR … old Coach and players. Congratulations PV you have a son in the bayou .. proud father you are.
