TigerPride's 2016 SWAC Football Predictions





I will have to wait til after the Spring for that..... but right now I have PV coming out of the WEST with ease and JSU vs AlaState for the EAST with Puke View winning it all.

On paper, they are the best right now.

JSU is a work in progress but a JSU never has to worry about the EAST opponents. Alabama State and Alcorn would logistically be the favorites over JSU but Alcorn is about to drop off and they were almost 0-2 vs OMJ teams. They are the least of our worries. Jenkins is a proven coach but he is at a loser school so we will see if he can fend off this new JSU.

Right now I can only see JSU vs PV or AlaState vs PV as realistic options for the SCG.

See this is why JSU will never win anymore championships....all you all think about is winning the East. Look concentrate on winning the entire thing then maybe you all will one day be more than a one a done in 15 years.
 
What did you read? you read a prediction. I didn't even mention Grambing so does that mean you won't win anything? sheesh. What you want me to say? JSU gonna win the SWAC this year? Ya'll already CLAIM that I say it every year when I don't... smh I just see PV as better than JSU and better than GSU right now. What does that have to do with JSU not wanting to win the SWAC? (as if i suit up or something.. .lol)

i don't hate GSU... If I thought GSU was the best. I was say it. i do think GSU will be the #2 team in the division. Southern will continue to regress but they should be able to hold off TxSo for 3rd. It will be interesting to see how SUs defense looks this year. Probably bad as usual but let's me hopeful.

Naw man. Don't you jinx us like that. That would be Grambling on paper along w/ AlaSU and what JSU returns as decently viable if JSU can find [football] discipline somewhere smh.

I still believe that GSU and SU are the West front-runners. I do believe that AlaSU and AlcSU are the front-runners in the stronger East being pushed by a [formerly undisciplined] physically gifted JSU squad. I'm very interested to see how the players adapt to the new staff and if disciplined play ensues. IMHO, the tale of the tape will be the game vs TnSt.

SU has regressed every year since Stump players have left. GSU has reached a peak. Now PV has fooled us before and never could get the job done. If you don't get past GSU this year, it's a wrap.

TP, is all wrong on this one, it won't be PV for the fact that this year for sure, su will have the most RVs so southern wins the WEST and all of SWAC

What Stump players left TP? You still haven't answered that over the years. LOL. You got beat by the same players still at SU in 2016 in 2013. None were Stump players.
