The Sexual Harassment Stuff Going On

The one that REALLY bothered me was old man Bush. He is confined to a wheel chair and can barely move so when you take pictures with his age trying to hold his arms up is a test, or a struggle at most. Yet, he came out and explained why and apologized. These others, man this stuff is wild. We all know it is about control.

What I am waiting on are men who come out and say women sexually harassed them and see how the media carries it. I think that women do it just as much as men but don't report out fear of the macho thing.

Yet, more to the point...I'm not putting my hands on no woman. The stuff is not worth it.

Don't go below the belt line, they they'll say you're trying to hide something and thus you are sexually harassing them.
 



The good thing about getting older and doing what I do now is I don't work around a bunch of fine, big booty, perkier tit women. All I see is old fat white men and momma's no one wants to sleep with. Lol

Man I'm still in the trouble zone. Fine, big booty and perky tit women still work around me.

I'm on edge now because my time at work has always walked that fine line of what's acceptable and what's not. It made the day go by, laughs had by both men and women. But after seeing all this I got to cut back big time.

People thought I was sick last week after I toned it down. I had to tell them naw, people digging back years now to get people on the harrassment. But I have always kept my hands to myself. I just had it bad with the jokes and word play.

Bruh I work around women over 55....best work environment. Now it's two sisters that work upstairs....man I sit in my truck in the morning and in the evening just to see them take that stroll to their car. It's just so nice to see them.

They work in a different office. One of the sisters is the director.
 
The truth about sexual harassment is that it's always the ugliest women who file or the under freak broad. Most the time it's usually something that went wrong between two folks who liked each other also, then one moved on and some body got pissed.

Man screw these chicks for real. The truth is some dudes don't know their lane. Men get sexual harassed too, but only gay men tell. I just saying. The problem with harassment is some dudes don't know they aren't that dude. They assume because Tina flirts with me and Renee likes me to play with her in a flirting way he can do it also. That's where they go wrong at. It's about relationships and knowing your lane. What the goofy dude doesn't understand is that Tina and Renee have built a relationship with me and a comfort zone. Tina and Renee know I will not go outside of the way we play unless they invite me into their personal space. Now they can cross mines Al day because it's been established I don't care. Lol but still they only go so far. Then here comes the goofy dude with the opinion that if they let a cat like me do it he knows they will let him hit it. This is the problem and this is when he will be sitting in human resources. Know your place and the type of women you are dealing with. Don't be the dude when a group of women show up you just start hollowing at the first one you see. A true player knows women choose the man. Not the man chooses the woman. A woman will let you know if you're that dude or if you're not. That's the way the game goes. Let the women choose instead of trying to be the one to pick up. Also it's all about the mouth piece. Women like to laugh and be comfortable. Either you know how or you don't. Up tight dudes will never get that dime piece. Let a woman be her. If you don't you will never get a dime piece. Go with the flow and know when to hold them or fold them. Personally it's all about timing. Tina and Renee might wanna flirt today but tomorrow they don't so move on and wait for when they're ready. Stay in your lane dudes.

Brothers I used to work with this chick. She was a fly sister and she would show me pics of her and her friends and I would always be like "look next time yall go out I'm coming because I wanna meet your girl."

Well I make it to the spot and her girl wasn't feeling me. So when thye were leaving my co-worker calls me and says "Let's go to IHOP." We go and I end up tapping that tail bone. Well there was another chick who worked on the floor giving me some vibes. I damn near ended up in human resources because the chick I worked with started stalking me literally.

Yea she let me tap a number of times but she never spoke of relationship...LOL...after that I promised to never to get my money and nookie in the same place.

Lol One my older boys I have been working with since I was younger says when he met me in my 20's the young chicks use to call me Snoop Dogg. Now they call me puppy dog. Lol My how times change you. Lol
 
Good thing (for now) the people I consistently work with are either elderly white people/couples and an occasional black grandma. From time to time I end up working with some sistas my age or younger in which you have to see how far they go (like this summer I worked with this thick stout loose booty girl in her mid 20s that you couldn't help but to look at lol) but stuff like this make me wanna keep them at arm's length unless I get them on my phone saying it's consensual lol
