First off, a happy holiday to all of you.

Peep my question out:

Have any of you ever knew someone that you felt was (still is) special and you never stepped up to the plate to let them know how you felt?

A month ago I would have said yes. But I set back and took stock of the situration and knew there was a reason why I didn't express myself to him and there was a reason why he didn't express himself to me.

We are still very close but I no longer fill like he is the one that got away.

I've had someone to tell me that I was "The One Who Got Away."

As for me, there's only one I sometimes wished I would've approached about my feelings, and I think he felt the same way. I couldn't (even if I wanted to) because we worked together, and I didn't want to make things awkward between us.
 
I had one that I felt that way about. I kept my feelings hidden for almost 10 yrs. I did eventually let them know how I felt, and found out that they were having the same feelings about me.
 
Life is to short. You better open your mouth and let her know how you feel... That is if she has not already gotten married.
 
Kenya Moore was the one that got away from me years ago. I wonder since she has gotten recently married if she has lifted that restraining order against me?

The reason I started this thread is because I was thinking of someone, but in a way, she wrote me off a little bit.

But then I came to the realization that every rejection from every female I approached is a journey to a woman that'll accept me fully, without question.

Joumana Kidd is the one that got away from me. I was talking to her outside the locker rooms at a Phoenix Suns game years ago. Being Jason Kidd's wife didn't bother me. But when I saw TJ, and that boy's head, I knew then I didn't wanna go there with her. Some things are just too much to follow.

but answering the question, no i don't have a "one that got away". i usually figure if it doesn't happen it's not suppose to. however i have had two ex's tell me after getting married, the other after being engaged that i was the one who got away. thankfully i didn't have the same feeling for neither of them when i was told this so i didn't care one way or the other.

Dude, I did a quadruple take when I saw that boy's head. I kept looking at her, though. Damn she look good. But I couldn't get that head out of my mind. Ruint, she is. Ain't that much snapping back in this universe.
