THE FUNNIEST COSBY EPISODES

Remember when Theo lied and told everybody he had a "Gordon Gartrelle" shirt and Denise ended up trying to make one for him.

On a side note remember the girl that played Bud's (Rudy's freind Kenny) Girlfriend? Her name is Gabrielle Carmouche, she does hardcore porn now. She was also on In your house and a few other shows as well.

An earlier show, when Denice and a couple of her girl friends were re-doing the upstairs bathroom. Well, Theo was trying to mack on them so he put on a wife beater shirt and a shower cap. Made them lunch and was dancing in the hall way with a platter of food. He hooked the corner and his father was looking at him, wondering "Son, what are you doing?"

When Vanessa went to Baltimore to see the "WRECHED" and all the bad shat happened to her and her friends.

CLAIRE went all the WAY off on VANESSA!!!!!!!!!

That was the day I truely respected Philicia Rashads character.

The one when Elvin Moon walked into the baby's play pen!!!

The one where Cliff was sent out in the rain on Thanksgiving!!!

The one when Theo was going to shave his head and came out the bathroom with all that dayum shaving cream on his head!!!

Yeah, they were waiting for her when she arrived...sitting on the sofa facing the door when vanessa walked into the house.

I like the episode when Theo was graduating from College and Cliff gathered lawn chairs for everyone in the family to attend. The look on his face when he told everyone how he did not care what they thought. HIS BOY was graduating and he was as proud as a peacock.

It was not the funniest, but I can identify with being a proud pappa.

The one referenced by Makaho was hilarious. Especially when Theo first put the shirt on and yelled for Denise.

I have two.

First, the one where they covered an old Ray Charles song "(Night Time Is)The Right Time" for Cliff's parents anniversary and Rudy was singing the part "Baaaaby!"

Second, when Vanessa came home late from her date with Robert and Cliff and Claire called him over to the house to talk to him. Vanessa was upstairs yelling down to Robert how much she loved him. Claire yells up for her to shut up, but Vanessa keeps on. Claire goes up the stairs with the look that she is about to beat some arse.

That is my favorite!

Any episode that didn't have Rudy in it. I did not care for the character.

Probably one my favorites was when Cliff had to race Tailwind Turner.

And Cliff had those Granny Smith's Apples and was talking about how they kissed.:lol:

Another good one was when Theo had messed up and wanted to get back with his girl Justine. Cliff decided he would teach Theo about the blues and told him to sing from his gut about the pain he was feeling from loosing his woman.

Justine, Justine.... :lmao:

when vanessa got into a fight with the 2 girls from the pep squad and cliff was like who won :) , you took in 2 girls.....who won :)

I like those also.

And let's not forget about Rudy's sleepover. Cliff was trying to make Peter ride his leg like a pony and he was too fat for Cliff to bounce and Peter was falling off because he couldn't balance himself. :emlaugh: :lmao:

1.I liked the one when Cliff and Clair let Rudy stay up late watching television and she didn't realize how tired she would be the next morning.Rudy began to talk like they would talk in the old movies that she was watching.
2.When Cliff returned to Hillman to MC a graduation program and Clair sang along with the choir.
3.When Theo put in an earring and tried to hide it from Cliff.
4.When Clair took Vanessa and one of her friends to Hillman and they were there pretending to be older than they were.
5.When the family was singing along with James Brown's "I Got The Feeling."

There were a couple of Cosby episodes that I really didn't understand.
1.The episode where everyone is kowtowing to Olivia's wishes and Rudy is getting kicked to the curb.Olivia gets a pony and Rudy is sent to the basement to sleep.
2.The episode where they're dressed like they're in a fairy tale.

If someone could explain those two episodes to me,I certainly would appreciate it.

That's when you really saw her acting and her ability to morph  :splat:  .

But for me it would 2 episodes"

When Rudy and her friend went to the "Exchange" to see Special ED

and

When Sandra and Elvin were proposing and they tried to trick Cliff when he said he couldn't he got--and in the end he got got.

That's is the winner. This is the first one to come to mind. Also Theo's MacBeth and His Living in the Real World.

Did any of Bill Cosby's own real life children play on the show? Does anyone ever hear about his children?

Yeah, definitely the Gordon Gartrelle episode. That was classic. Denise didn't even realize what was wrong with the shirt. "THEO, what's wrong with it?" "WHAT'S WRONG?" Then Theo holds up that short arm of the shirt and through clenched teeth says, "ASK ME THAT QUESTION AGAIN."

Any episode where BUD and Rudy are getting into it. I wonder why we never met Bud's brother since he was always quoting his brother? I like the episode where Claire puts Theo on trial and Cockroach plays his lawyer. Or any episode when the grandparents come to visit.

It stopped being funny once they added Ericka Alexander as the cousin (she was MUCH better on Living Single. That role on Cosby didn't do her justice). Although I did like Lance...he was cute.

I like watching the old shows and seeing some of the actors who got their start in acting on that show. Remember Kristoff St. John playing Denise's boyfriend?

I wasn't a big fan of Vanessa...she got on my nerves. Along with Rudy, once she got older. Rudy was cool as a little kid, but she got too cocky.

I couldn't stand Vanessa - especially that big, awkward ass afro she use to wear at one time. :shades:
