And the Braves offense was dominated by good pitching in those WS.

In five WS appearances, the Braves team batting average was .234. The last time ATL was in the WS -- 1999 -- they hit .200 against the Yankees.

I don't care how good your pitching staff is, they need run support, especially playing against AL opponents.

Right some of the teams they played werent scrubs at all Minnesota, the Blue Jays, The Indians and the Yankees were all beast....Marquis Grissom really helped us out in 95 year...

I agree.

We don't give the Bills any slack for making it to four straight Super Bowls but won 0 (which is harder) so we can't give the Braves any slack for being that good all those years and only winning one
 
That was 1 of the best pitching staff ever assembled. But when it came playoff time, the Braves batting percentage dropped considerably!!!
