The Boston Celtics

He is a great coach, but who knows how he will translate to the NBA. This seemed to come out of no where, so I guess Danny Ainge did something to convince him that this could work. My guess is he comes in and coaches the team working on fundamentals as they slowly get some star power in Boston, and if things don't work out, Boston can get one of the bigger-named coaches while Brad Stevens will most definitely go to one of the big schools like Duke(Coach K isn't getting any younger) or Syracuse.

You mean 9th or 10th. Miami, Chicago, Indiana, New York, Brooklyn, Atlanta, Milwaukee, Philadelphia, Cleveland, Boston

Milwaukee, Cleveland and Philadelphia?? Ahead of Boston?? :smh: man you have no clue.

We wont have to worry about the Celtics or Celtic fans for a long loooooong time

We feel the same about the fLaker fans. At least you have hobe, ron artest and Robert Sacre'.

Ya'll shoulda kept Luke Walton and Smush. :smh:

Hollins and Karl I can see. The rest no way. But Boston is rebuilding so they ain't interested in winning right now.

Exactly. Unless Boston takes advantage of the NBA's free agent market, they won't smell an NBA title for quite some time or even an Eastern conference title.
The draft takes too long.

I don't think Boston lacks talent.

Yes, Garnett and Pierce were traded, but they are on the downside of their careers.

So, the C's are not losing much in terms of productivity. The Celtics currently don't have a player on the roster that is 30. Rondo (if not dealt) Green, Bass, Sullinger and Avery Bradley, Lee etc. are solid players. So, the cupboard isn't completely bare for Stevens

We have talent but we don't have what is needed to win a championship. But we were not going to win one with Pierce and Garnett. That was obvious. All the right moves are being made.

Kobe at is weakest is better than the best player on your team. We are in a better position than Boston even with Dwight contemplating on leaving.

Keep dreaming. The Lakers are making ZERO moves and Dwight trying his best to get the hell outta there.

Been one sine the late 80's.

:smh:

Po' thang.

How don't see how the Lakers are better without Dwight Howard and Kobe coming off a major injury surrounded by a roster of aging, inconsistent players.
