Texas Southern cancels plans to have John Cornyn as commencement speaker



No matter what four year cycle of students it is, one thing for certain is TSU students will protest. The administration made the wise and prudent decision, and personal thanks to Bethune Cookman's student body for providing the very recent example why.

Remember the sit ins at Woolworth's downtown? I remember the coverage in The Informer and The Forward Times. Texas Southern University has always been a hot bed of activism.
