The Houston Oilers never made it to a Super Bowl, but at least they were relevant-whether it was good or bad. They won two AFL championships and were in two other AFL championship games. They had Campbell, Phillips, Moon, Brazile and other stars.

Now, the Texans on the other hand could become irrelevant, even with Watson.
