Those arn't Swac TV games, those are Swac schools playing OOC games on TV

These are SWAC TV Games.

All the SWAC games that are on TV. Not making a separation between conference and non-conference

I want to see the actually Swac Tv package, which will probably just be 3-4 games and the SCG.

They could actually fix this and make it a real plan by actually using their YouTube channel and showing the Swac digital games on it and not thru it's website (which seems to not work most of the time). That platform works so much better at reaching fans since you can get that app for free and use it on a lot of devices.

Good....no, GREAT point. Why don't you send that in as a suggestion.

Or sign up with Flo Sports to stream all of their football or basketball games that aren't airing with ESPN.

The swac office is not ready to do anything like that nor are any of the conference schools since everyone uses a different way of streaming their games. Some schools, you can't even get a online stream of their games.

If the CIAA and SIAC can get on the same page, then most certainly the SWAC schools can do something similar.

Fiyah is right.

The SWAC CAN do something like that easily (since we do have the SDN) but the problem is that not everyone is at the same point as far as how or IF they stream games. Some schools rarely stream any games. Some stream a few games. Some charge for their streams. Valley streams all their home games (football and basketball).

Not only do we have to get on the same level as far as every school being able to stream but we are all on the same level/standard of streaming. That's why I said we need to take the OVC model and invest a million or so into getting everyone to that same level so that if the SDN wanted to stream a HD/4K soccer game at AAMU, they can. Then you can bring in ESPN to ensure that if they want to carry the games on ESPN+/ESPN3 that we are up to their standards. You can also use the network to train up and coming broadcasters, producers, camera people, etc and keeping everything in house

In theory that’s easy. In reality that’s whole different animal.

SIAC gets FIVE conference games on ESPN3 this year. SWAC had FOUR last year.

Southland has four ESPN3 games, six on ESPN+ during first four weeks of season as announced yesterday.

This number only includes games at SLC venues. There’s more than that when you count out of conference games.

In fact, all SLC games are broadcast in some form or fashion to date nowadays.
