Concordia (Selma, AL) vs. Jackson St. – 1:30pm CT (Will Be Paying Attention More To The SU vs. TN State Game)
Alabama A&M @ Hampton U (Chicago Football Classic, Chicago Ill) – 4:00pm CT (They can only get better)
Alabama St. @ Miss. Valley St. – 5:00pm CT <--------------------(Surprise SWAC Team of the Year)
Langston U. @ Univ. of Ark PB (Delta Classic 4 Literacy, Little Rock, AR) – 5:00pm CT (Ok Coleman. Time To Cool Your Seat Down)
Grambling St. @ Alcorn St. (Port City Classic, Shreveport, LA) – 6:00pm CT (I Love That Folks are picking Grambling because Doug Williams is Back. But what they don't realize is that Frank Warren won't be coming back. Anthony Carrothers neither. Coach Roach, disguise every defensive blitz package. Confuse the hell out that new QB. Doug will let him throw but I expect him to play a ball control offense. Alcorn Offense, Blow The Game Open From The Gate. Put pressure on the ball control offense so Doug will have no choice but to throw it more times than he wants to with his new QB. There is nothing wrong with scoring 30 points before halftime. Folks in the SWAC don't take Alcorn seriously. Let's Change That Right Here Braves. Make SWAC Teams Hate Playing Us because We Are So Physical. DOMINATE AND DESTROY BRAVES!!!! THE TIME IS NOW!!!!)
Southern U @ Tennessee St. (John Merritt Classic, Nashville, TN) – 6:00om CT (TOO CLOSE TO CALL. Call me crazy but this game will come down to SU D-Line vs. Preston Brown (If He Is Still With The Team). If SU can contain Brown, they stand a good chance. If Brown Runs Wild, It Could Be A Long Night For The Jaguar Faithful. The SU Offense MUST break through this season).
Games: Sunday – September 4, 2011
Prairie View A&M @ Bethune Cookman (8th Meac/Swac Challenge, Orlando, FL) - 11:00amCT/12:00n ET (ESPN) (Mark Orlando can only improve the Panther's Offense)

Concordia (Selma, AL) vs. Jackson St. – 1:30pm CT Know I hate picking this one, but poor Concord
Alabama A&M @ Hampton U (Chicago Football Classic, Chicago Ill) – 4:00pm CT I think the SWAC squad will pull this off
Alabama St. @ Miss. Valley St. – 5:00pm CT Valley will fight hard before they go down
Langston U. @ Univ. of Ark PB (Delta Classic 4 Literacy, Little Rock, AR) – 5:00pm CT Things are looking up on the Bluff, they will rep for the SWAC
Grambling St. @ Alcorn St. (Port City Classic, Shreveport, LA) – 6:00pm CT Doug will make a point of making his son look good in his first college start
Southern U @ Tennessee St. (John Merritt Classic, Nashville, TN) – 6:00om CT Quit laughing, yes I picked the Jags
Games: Sunday – September 4, 2011
Prairie View A&M @ Bethune Cookman (8th Meac/Swac Challenge, Orlando, FL) - 11:00amCT/12:00n ET (ESPN) I know I will get shot for this pick. I will always root for PV, but I don't think we have enough horses, unless they move me otherwise :smh:

Concordia (Selma, AL) vs. Jackson St. – 1:30pm CT
The boys from Jackson won't be playing around
in this game. The only way JSU will loose this
game lies solely in the hands of Casey just as
long as heat exhaustion and excessive sun burn don't overwhelm him.
Alabama A&M @ Hampton U (Chicago Football Classic, Chicago Ill) – 4:00pm CT
This game will come down to how well the Bulldogs QB executes. This game is
squarely on his shoulders.
Alabama St. @ Miss. Valley St. – 5:00pm CT
The Hornets have been given "Devil Lye" to show the Delta Devils just how hot
"hell" is going to be for them. You fight fire with fire as an equalizer, then sting'em
Langston U. @ Univ. of Ark PB (Delta Classic 4 Literacy, Little Rock, AR) – 5:00pm CT
The Lions "crush bite" will overwhelm and devour it's prey. The 5:00pm game is dinner time for Langston.
Grambling St. @ Alcorn St. (Port City Classic, Shreveport, LA) – 6:00pm CT
The referees will make this game ugly, but I will not count out the talent of the Braves QB. This game will be a toss up, but "gun powder" will be fed to these tigers for the edge and that will be enough.
Southern U @ Tennessee St. (John Merritt Classic, Nashville, TN) – 6:00om CT
I see the Jags fighting hard and trying to overcome last years woes, but I don't
think it will be enough to turn the season completely around in this cat fight.
Games: Sunday – September 4, 2011
Prairie View A&M @ Bethune Cookman (8th Meac/Swac Challenge, Orlando, FL) - 11:00amCT/12:00n ET (ESPN)
This game rest solely on the QB play of PV. I think the Wildcats will have better skill players and will prevail in the end.-----HORNETSWARM over and out.........I will be in Valley this coming weekend.
